**Please note the area is rapidly developing and there is some construction around the complex that effect the quality of the road to the complex. For this reason, we recommend you rent an SUV which we typically rent as well when traveling to Tulum. The cost of car rentals usually is the same or less than the cost of the airport transfers and you have the flexibility to move around as you wish.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
